The Core subscription which is available for Academic institutions is a single annual fee for unlimited users, equipment and bookings in the lab.

The Academic and Industry Premium/Enterprise subscription is charged on an annual basis and is based on the number of users that have access to your Clustermarket lab account. We call this number the amount of 'User seats' you would require to give people access to your account. These user seats are reusable/interchangeable with your lab users, so you can remove and add people whenever you need to.

You can continue to add more users throughout the subscription. These additional seats would be charged for at the end of the subscription period on a pro rata basis.

To put this in an example, if you have a subscription for 50 user seats in your lab and they are all currently in use, you could remove 5 users and then add 5 more, and your billing will not change as you still are within your 50 user seats originally purchased. 10 months into your subscription, if you added another user and have 51 lab users for 2 months, you would receive a bill at the end of the subscription charging for the additional user for the 2 months on a pro rata basis.
