Assigning funding/grant codes to your users to use with their bookings is possible on Clustermarket using the Projects feature. This is available on the Premium and Enterprise subscription tiers.

Start by ensuring the Projects feature is turned on, which is found in your lab's settings.

The next step is creating a project, by selecting Projects, pressing Create Project, and adding in the mandatory information such as project name, and any other additional information. Below, you then have the option to add a funding code, expiry date and amount. Input the relevant information, and select which users in the lab should be assigned to this project. The assigned users will be able to select this project and associated funding code when creating a booking.
