For instruments: by default, instruments are not visible to other labs, so the first step is to define a usage schedule for external users under the equipment’s “Time & Availability” section. Afterwards, a scientist looking for one of your instruments will be able to send a request to use the equipment, which you can discuss with them and accept or decline the request. When accepting it, the customer will see the full price and pay for the booking. Once the booking has been completed, you will receive the full price you charged.
For services: services are different from instruments as you don’t have to define pricing information. If a scientist wants to use one of your services on Clustermarket, they can send you a request outlining what they require the service for. You can then create a quote based on time, samples analysed, etc and send it to them. If they accept the quote, they can make a payment which you would then receive once the service is marked as completed.
