Yes, scheduling maintenance activity on your equipment is possible if you are using the Premium or Enterprise subscription on Clustermarket.

To schedule maintenance, simply select the equipment on the lab calendar and click and drag the start and end time for the maintenance activity. Before pressing confirm, select Advanced Options, and here you can change the booking type from 'Use' to 'Maintenance'. You can also specify the type of maintenance (for example cleaning/recalibration/preventative maintenance/etc.) which will be reflected in the booking and in your lab activity reports. Once you've selected the maintenance details, you can select Confirm to finalise the booking. This will be displayed in Orange on your lab calendar, and prevents users from creating bookings at the same time the maintenance is scheduled for.

Maintenance activities are also recorded and displayed on the equipment details page on the Maintenance tab.

To announce a piece of equipment going under maintenance, you can send a General announcement to your users to notify them. For assistance with sending announcements, please see the Announcements guide.

You can also use the Announcements feature to block equipment and notify users of any maintenance activities. However, announcements are not shown in your lab booking data in reports.
